3. PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT IN UNDERSTANDING ON HOW TO USE THE INDICATOR UPON REQUEST BY THE CUSTOMER ( INDIVIDUALS BUYING SUBSCRIPTIONS)

1. GIVE ANY GUARANTEE ABOUT PROFITS OF ANY SORT
2. GIVE ANY BUY OR SELL ADVICE
3. GIVE ANY TIPS / SIGNALS THROUGH ANY MEANS OR CHANNELS
By subscribing to our custom-built TradingView indicators, you agree to the subscription fees and terms outlined on our website.
Our products are digital, subscription-based products that provide immediate access to a custom TradingView indicators. Due to the nature of digital products, where access is provided instantly upon purchase, we do not offer returns or refunds once a subscription is active.
HOWEVER, we provide a 3 day return policy on your FIRST Initial Payment if you are not satisfied, which means you have 3 days to request a refund.
Technical Issues: If you experience a persistent technical issue directly related to MarketTrendAI-Box that cannot be resolved by our support team, we may consider a partial or full refund.
Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the subscription more than once, we will refund the duplicate transaction(s).
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged. No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial months of service following cancellation.
It is your sole responsbility to manage your subscription prior to renewal by emailing at least 3 business days before your renewal date to contact@markettendai.com using your email on record.
Please note that sending emails to contact us other than the one used for purchase will lead to delays in processing your request. Therefore, we request you to use the same email for communicating with us as well as managing your purchases/subscriptions.
All content, including but not limited to TradingView indicators, code, and other intellectual property, is owned by us.(user john1357). Unauthorized use, copying, distribution, or modification of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
We do not affiliated with or agent with TradingView or any other charting service. The indicators are hosted and provided on the TradingView.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or TradingView indicators.
Our TradingView indicators are provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our indicators. Use them at your own risk. By using this website and opting to subscribe to our indicators you waive any claims over any losses, directly or indirectly incurred in your trading.
You understand and are aware that trading involves managing risk and there is always an element of risk involved. We do not engage in giving bold or outrageous claims on the success of our indicator(s). Please be aware that trading is not gambling and certainly not a way to get rich quick. It takes time, effort and learning on your part to reach the stage where you are able to consistently make money from trading.
Some trading instruments are more volatile than others. We strongly urge you to exercise due caution while trading using our indicators. Further, during market events the indicator(s) may give false results due to extremely high range(movement of price) and volatility(high volume of buying and selling)
Lastly, no indicator can truly give 100% success and people who claim are lying outright. Hence, there might be occassions using our indicators that you may incur losses. This does not mean the indicator is defective, but that the risk taken did not turn up to yours'(the trader) advantage this time.

Absolutely! It's designed for traders of all levels. We would advice you to observe and understand its working and test on a paper trading account before committing to take a real - money trade.
